We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your order. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page.

We accept payments via PayPal and most major credit/debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. For your convenience, transactions can be made in USD. Please ensure your payment method supports transactions in the specified currency.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. To track your order, please go to the Track Order page and enter your ID number and email.

You can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please contact us with your order ID to submit your request. Our customer support team is here to assist you.

Please note: Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 4 hours of placement. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order includes a variety of products, it’s possible that your items may be processed in different manufacturing streams, resulting in separate shipments. Please be assured that you will only be charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order at the time of checkout.

You will receive a shipping notification for each parcel as it is dispatched. Should there be a delay in the arrival of subsequent packages, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our customer support team is ready to assist you promptly.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to have items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. We appreciate your understanding.

If your order was successfully placed and processed, you should have received an automated order confirmation email. If you do not see the email in your primary inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders as it may have been redirected there.
